1. Six month Lease:Allows for beat to be used for exposure purposes only during a Six month period. Track may be purchased at the end of the lease or re-leased if it is not purchased by another buyer. You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the tagged song, and/or a copy of the raw WAV file upon request. Protools/Logic sessions are not given for leases. The song file can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD if artist pays for the mailing cost. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies,producer is to receive 50% of revenue collected from any song associated with the beat. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use. You have full rights to record, arrange,and mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the mail granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 2,000 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale. You must give full credit to the seller (artist and/or producer name) on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.

3.Mixtape Lease: Allows for beat to be used for (1)Mixtape. Producer must receive 1% of revenue from mixtape sales under 50,000 units/digital copies. Beat may not be used for anything other than an artist mixtape. Producer is to receive 2% of revenue for mixtape sales between 50,000-75,000 units/digital copies. Producer is to receive 3% of revenue for mixtape sales 75,000+. For mixtape sales exceeding 100,000 units/digital copies artist must purchase exclusive rights.

4.Press Kit Lease: Allows for artist to use track(s) for purpose of securing a record deal or major distribution.In the event the artist secures a deal the artist and label must renegotiate the terms and cost of the beat used. In the event the artist does not secure a deal the artist may either lease or purchase the beat. Press Kit Leases are only for artist who have been approved by labels to submit press kits or are currently in negotiations with a major label or distributor. Any person trying to secure a Press Kit Lease without meeting above criteria will be turned down and money refunded. Must show proof of pending deal or Press Kit Submission approval.


When leases are purchased, the purchaser will receive first a copy of the lease to be signed and returned. If purchaser chooses to sign a digital contract the initials and last 4 of the social will be the only accceptable form for a digital signature. Please email
